Writing Your Life Stories

Have you ever wanted to write your life stories but felt overwhelmed or unsure where to begin? Take the first step in capturing the stories only you can tell!

This workshop, led by instructor Martha Rasche, is designed to guide and inspire you. You’ll learn how to approach writing your memories with confidence through prompts, examples, and engaging discussions.

Documenting your life stories is a powerful way to reflect on your experiences, share your wisdom, and preserve your legacy for future generations.

This class is designed with seniors in mind but is open to anyone with an interest in storytelling—whether for yourself or a loved one.

Activities are made possible in part by the Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana, the Indiana Arts Commission, a state agency, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.

We value inclusion and access for all participants. This class is wheelchair accessible and we are pleased to provide additional reasonable accommodations. Please contact Alexianna at alexi@traditionalartstoday.org to make a reasonable accommodation request. Requests must be submitted 2 weeks in advance of class.
