Dawn operates a permitted and inspected Commercial Kitchen out of Saint Anthony. Her Business Management degree and background in the food industry sparked her interest to begin her own food business after a cancer diagnosis in 2015 prompted her to overhaul her diet and heal herself through food. Her company creates handmade seasonings, sauces, garlic paste, fruit spreads, granola, parfaits, and Charcuterie boards. Small-scale catering and Cooking Classes are also offered. Dawn's passion lies in teaching others that meal time does not have to be complicated and that healthy food can taste good. Your confidence in the kitchen is sure to get a boost after this interactive class!
