Plart: Plastic Art Fabric Workshop

Discover the creative potential of upcycled plastic with artist Pam Bell! You'll learn how to make Plart: a durable, fused fabric made from everyday plastic that would usually be destined for a landfill.
This eco-friendly material can be turned into functional or decorative items like tote bags, wall hangings, woven art, and more.
You’ll create your own custom piece of Plart fabric and explore fun, simple ways to use it. You’ll also have the option to finish your creation as a flag or banner using grommets. A variety of samples will be on hand to inspire your creativity!
Please note: You'll need to bring an iron with you. You can also share an iron with a partner so if you're bringing a friend, only one of you needs to bring one!
