The Art of Pasta

Grab your favorite apron and learn the love language (and adventure!) of pasta making with Noah and Mady Jacobs of Jacobs Private Dining. No experience required!
As you mix, roll, and shape pasta dough, Noah and Mady will provide you with hands-on guidance, walking you through the age-old process of making pasta from scratch.
And what's pasta without a good sauce?! You'll also learn how to create a homemade sauce, which changes seasonally. You'll then learn how to perfectly cook your pasta, and finally, eat your delicious creation!
You'll leave class with a newfound love for the art of pasta-making, and a detailed recipe card to recreate pasta from scratch at home.
