Creative Aging: The Art of Junk Journals

This class is part of our Creative Aging program and is open to ages 55 and older!
Junk Journals are handmade journals created from a unique mixture of materials and embellishments. They are perfect for jotting down your thoughts, stashing photos, or filling with what brings you joy!
Create your own Junk Journal with artist Anna Seifert. You’ll use different types of paper, recycled items, old book covers, scrapbook materials, tea or coffee dyed paper, and more to make your one-of-a-kind journal. Then, you’ll learn how to bind and finish your creation.
This class is FREE thanks to the support of Friends of the Arts, Inc.
We value inclusion and access for all participants. This class is wheelchair accessible and we are pleased to provide additional reasonable accommodations.
